What Are Intensity Bootcamps? Very simply put: Intensity Bootcamps are a structured workout / exercise system performed typically in a circuit format. The bootcamps can take as many people as the location allows. Usually a typical class size for smaller locations is 10-20 students. Intensity Bootcamps incorporate many new and previously unused or unheard of exercises and exercise modifications alongside a very intense and challenging timing pattern to illicit maximum energy expenditure in the shortest possible time. The concepts are to use workouts and exercises that are structured on compound moves. These workouts are scientifically proven to raise a persons VO2max (basic fitness levels) higher than any other form of training. As well as this they raise the fat burning levels of clients beyond anything they've previosuly done and challenge numerous fitness aspects in a person such as balance, co-ordination, explosive power, strength, and reaction.
